EFL PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS PERCEPTION OF TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION

Technological developments brings a good effect on English education. Several studies have shown that the use of technology is very helpful for teachers in process teaching English. However, facts field state many obstacles made it difficult to apply their teaching. On this basis, researchers aimed examined perceptions EFL pre-service regarding instruction during practicums junior high school Medan, Indonesia. This study employs qualitative research method. Participant observations and interviews were used obtain data from six teachers. The results show frequently utilize laptops, projectors, smartphones access websites applications instruction. also asserts employing has numerous advantages, such as enhancing student motivation collaboration, increasing teachers' creativity skills. Furthermore, some challenges integrating into instructional practices acknowledged, which include being time-consuming., lacking facility, making classroom less conducive<p> </p>
